HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you a confirmation email.
Once we dispatch your order, we will send you another email with a link to track your parcel and your tracking number, so you can visit your courier’s website to see all tracking information.
We also send out email notifications to update you every step of the way: when your parcel is accepted, on its way, and out for delivery.

WHAT IF CUSTOMS SEIZES MY PACKAGE?

If your package gets seized and you paid for the Fast Track shipping option we will resend it free of charge. You must provide a proof of seizure letter or if tracking has not updated in 21 Days we will send the reship. If you used Standard Shipping and the parcel was seized you will have to cover the cost of Fast Track shipping for the reship ($50).

WHAT IF I GAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS OR MISSED MY DELIVERY?

If you gave us a wrong shipping address or you missed the delivery and your package was destroyed or undelivered, then we will charge you 50% for a replacement to be sent out.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Bitcoin
Bitcoin is the recommended payment option; it’s instant, anonymous, and convenient, so we provide a 5% extra discount on all orders paid with Bitcoin. If you wish to pay by Bitcoin (BTC), please select the Bitcoin payment option during checkout. Once you confirm your order, you will be provided with the Bitcoin wallet address to send the payment to.

Debit Card (Minimum $1000)
We take Debit Card payments through a third-party payment processor. This will either be PayPal or another method, depending on your order total. To pay with a debit card, please select it as your payment method when checking out, and you will receive an email with payment instructions.

Western Union
Pay with cash or a card at your nearest Western Union outlet. To pay with this method, just select Western Union when checking out, and you will be emailed payment instructions. This is the slowest payment method and can take 2-3 days for your payment to clear with Western Union.
